Heart healthy recipe

Ingredients:


Rice: one cup.

Garlic: 6 pods.

Green chillies: 3, medium size.

Salt: As desired.

Seasoning with mustard, curry leaves, oil.

Method: Peel garlic and grind (not like a paste). Heat oil and add seasoning, rice garlic, and salt as to taste.

A simple heart healthy recipe is ready in a matter of 10 minutes.

Corn tawa fry

Ingredients:


1. Baby corn-10.

2. Ginger and garlic paste-one teaspoon.

3. Garam masala-one teaspoon.

4. Cornflour-one tablespoon.

5. Lemon juice-one tablespoon.

6. Salt, bread crumbs, oil, chilli powder-as desired.

Method: Mix baby corn, chilli powder, salt, garam masala, and lemon juice without adding water. Leave it for two hours. Then mix corn flour. After rolling each baby corn with bread crumbs, fry on the tawa. To minimize the intake of oil quantity, we are frying on tawa instead of deep frying.

Corn Soup

Ingredients:


Corn: One cup.

White pepper powder: Two spoons.

Soya sauce: one spoon.

Corn flour: four spoons.

Method: Boil corn and smash it coarsely. Add pepper powder, soya sauce, and salt according to taste. Let the contents boil for 10 minutes. Finally mix the corn flour with water and pour to the boiling content. We can add coriander leaves for fragrance.
